Welcome to the Turtle Mountain Sex Offender Registry Website this site is provided to you by the Turtle Mountain Band of Chippewa Indians. Title 42 (Turtle Mountain Sex Offender Registration Code) requires all sex offenders/Offenders Against Children who visit, live or go to school, and who has a qualifying conviction to maintain all registration requirements with the Turtle Mountain Sex Offender Registry department. Registrants are also required to register their employment and college addresses also.

The Turtle Mountain Sex Offender Registration Department updates this information regularly; however, you are cautioned that the information contained on this site may not reflect the current residence, status, or other information regarding the offender! The purpose of this site is to promote public protection from the potential risks posed by individuals who have committed offenses in the past. Sex offenders/Offenders Against Children have always lived in our communities, and the accompanying risks have always been present. This method of public notification is an acceptable way of reducing that risk and enhancing public protection.
